How do I obtain Thrilling Eye?

Break the Mammon altar’s barrier, then interact with the reward to collect Thrilling Eye.

Conditions and limits
  1. Equip all three eye Relics together at the flesh-and-eyes door in Circle of Greed.

How is this eye used at the door?

Equip all three eyes together
Equip the Oozing Eye, Trembling Eye and Thrilling Eye together, then interact with the flesh-and-eyes door in Circle of Greed, Catacombs of Paris. Keeping the eyes in your inventory is not enough.

Interact again after the door opens
After the door opens, interact with the entrance inside to reach Mammon’s Lair.
