The gate needs all three keys
The Warrior’s Key, The Fallen’s Key and The Prophetess’s Key belong to the Catacombs gate. Collect all three; obtaining one does not replace the other two. They are quest items, separate from the three eye Relics described below.
The Fallen provides The Fallen’s Key, Joan of Arc provides The Warrior’s Key, and Medusa provides The Prophetess’s Key. After each encounter, complete the reward-orb interaction. Use the item and boss links below to find the three encounters, then bring all three keys back to the Catacombs gate.
Where to look for the eyes
Find Thrilling Eye in the Paris Streets altar room, Trembling Eye in the Holy Innocents’ Cemetery altar room, and Oozing Eye in the Catacombs of Paris altar room. Attack and destroy each altar’s barrier, then follow the item prompt to claim its eye. Use the three room links below to find the altars.
The hospital, tomb and Catacomb diaries are clues to this search. Their pins locate the diaries themselves, rather than the eye rewards. Use the Relic pages for the altar rooms instead of treating a diary’s location as the destination.
Use the eyes at Circle of Greed
Equip the Oozing Eye, Trembling Eye and Thrilling Eye together, then interact with the flesh-and-eyes door in Circle of Greed, Catacombs of Paris. Keeping the eyes in your inventory is not enough.
Once the opening sequence finishes, interact with the entrance inside to reach Mammon’s Lair. The opened door stays open, so you can switch back to combat Relics before entering. The three Catacombs keys do not substitute for the eyes.
