How do I obtain Wraith's Tear?

When should I equip it?

After taking a hit, strike the same attacker to obtain the recovery.

Watch the conditionRepeated hits on that enemy do not endlessly retrigger healing; it must hurt Rose again to reset the effect.

Compare these effects

Compare the trigger and benefit before choosing your equipment.

Blackened Heart Attacks heal 2 HP per hit, but healing potions become unusable.
